本机工作环境温度为35-20摄氏度，电源为三相交流50Mz,380V。

详细说明:

MH型花架式单梁门式起重机是中小型带悬臂简易龙门起重机，电动葫芦采用CD1和MD1型两种,主梁是工字钢和钢板的组合梁，大车运行机构主要由电动机、制动器、减速机、车轮等组成，其结构简单、安装、使用、维修方便。该机适合用于工厂、铁路货场、港口码头、水电站等地：该机工作级别为A5级，操作方式地面和操作室操作，可有可无用户自行选择。

1桥式起重机的组成
桥式起重机主要由机械、电气和金属结构三大部分组成。
1.1 机械部分
由主起升机构、副起升机构（16t以上才有）、小车运行机构和大车运行机构组成。其中包括：电动机、联轴器、传动轴、制动器、减速器、卷筒和车轮等。
1.2 金属结构
主要由桥架（主梁、端梁、栏杆、走台、小车轨道）、司机室和小车架组成。
1.3 电气部分
由电气设备和电气线路组成，包括桥吊的动力装置和各机构的起动、调速、换向、制动及停止等的控制系统。
2 检查与维护制度
由于桥式起重机的部件较多，针对各个部件的不同技术特性，我们在实际工作中将维护、检查的周期分为周、月、年，各个周期的具体内容如下：
2.1 每周检查与维护
每周维护与检查一次，检查与维护的内容如下：
1）检查制动器上的螺母、开口销、定位板是否齐全、松动，杠杆及弹簧无裂纹，制动轮上的销钉螺栓及缓冲垫圈是否松动、齐全；制动器是否制动可靠。制动器打开时制动瓦块的开度应小于1.0mm且与制动轮的两边距离间隙应相等，各轴销不得有卡死现象。
2）检查安全保护开关和限位开关是否定位准确、工作灵活可靠，特别是上升限位是否可靠。
3）检查卷筒和滑轮上的钢丝绳缠绕是否正常，有无脱槽、串槽、打结、扭曲等现象，钢丝绳压板螺栓是否紧固，是否有双螺母防松装置。
4）检查起升机构的联轴器密封盖上的紧固螺钉是否松动、短缺。
5）检查各机构的传动是否正常，有无异常响声。
6）检查所有润滑部位的润滑状况是否良好。
7）检查轨道上是否有阻碍桥机运行的异物。
2.2 每月检查与维护
每月维护与检查一次，检查与维护的内容除了包括每周的内容外还有：
1）检查制动器瓦块衬垫的磨损量不应超过2mm，衬垫与制动轮的接触面积不得小于70%；检查各销轴安装固定的状况及磨损和润滑状况，各销轴的磨损量不应超过原直径的5%，小轴和心轴的磨损量不应大于原直径的5%及椭圆度小于0.5mm。
2）检查钢丝绳的磨损情况，是否有断丝等现象，检查钢丝绳的润滑状况。
3）检查吊钩是否有裂纹，其危险截面的磨损是否超过原厚度的5%；吊钩螺母的防松装置是否完整，吊钩组上的各个零件是否完整可靠。吊钩应转动灵活，无卡阻现象。
4）检查所有的螺栓是否松动与短缺现象。
5）检查电动机、减速器等底座的螺栓紧固情况，并逐个紧固。
6）检查减速器的润滑状况，其油位应在规定的范围内，对渗油部位应采取措施防渗漏。
7）对齿轮进行润滑。
8）检查平衡滑轮处钢丝绳的磨损情况，对滑轮及滑轮轴进行润滑。
9）检查滑轮状况，看其是否灵活，有无破损、裂纹，特别注意定滑轮轴的磨损情况。
10）检查制动轮，其工作表面凹凸不平度不应超过1.5mm，制动轮不应有裂纹，其径向圆跳动应小于0.3mm。
11）检查连轴器，其上键和键槽不应损坏、松动；两联轴器之间的传动轴轴向串动量应在2~7mm。
12）检查大小车的运行状况，不应产生啃轨、三个支点、启动和停止时扭摆等现象。检查车轮的轮缘和踏面的磨损情况，轮缘厚度磨损情况不应超过原厚度的50%，车轮踏面磨损情况不应超过车轮原直径的3%。
13）检查大车轨道情况，看其螺栓是否松动、短缺，压板是否固定在轨道上，轨道有无裂纹和断裂；两根轨道接头处的间隙是否为1~2mm（夏季）或3~5mm（冬季），接头上下、左右错位是否超过1mm。
14）对起重机进行全面清扫，清除其上污垢。
2.3 半年检查与维护
每半年维护与检查一次，除了包括月检查内容外还应有：
1）检查所有减速器的齿轮啮合和磨损情况，齿面点蚀损坏不应超过啮合面的30%，且深度不超过原齿厚度的10%（固定弦齿厚）；齿轮的齿厚磨损量与原齿厚的百分比不得超过15%~25%；检查轴承的状态；更换润滑油。
2）检查大、小车轮状况，对车轮轴承进行润滑，消除啃轨现象。
3）检查主梁、端梁各主要焊缝是否有开焊、锈蚀现象，锈蚀不应超过原板厚的10%，各主要受力部件是否有疲劳裂纹；各种护栏、支架是否完整无缺；检查主梁、端梁螺栓并紧固一遍。
4）检查主梁的变形情况。检查小车轨道的情况。空载时主梁下扰不应超过其跨度的1/2000；主梁向内水平旁弯不得超过测量长度的1/1500；小车的轨道不应产生卡轨现象，轨道顶面和侧面磨损（单面）量均不得超过3mm。
5）检查卷筒情况，卷筒壁磨损不应超过原壁厚的20%，绳槽凸峰不应变尖。
6）拧紧起重机上所有连接螺栓和紧固螺栓。
2.4 桥式起重机的润滑
润滑是保证机器正常运转，延长机件寿命，提高效率及安全生产的重要措施之一。维护人员应充分认识设备润滑的重要性，经常检查各运动点的润滑情况，并定期向各润滑点加注润滑油（脂）。
2.4.1 丹江电厂桥机主要润滑部位
①桥机的卷扬；②各种轴承；③各齿轮联轴器；④减速器；⑤钢丝绳；⑥制动器上的铰接点。
2.4.2 润滑注意事项
1）保持润滑油（脂）的洁净；
2）不同牌号的润滑油（脂）不可混合使用；
3）选用适宜的润滑油（脂）按规定时间进行润滑；
4）采用压力注脂法（用油枪或油泵，旋盖式的油杯）添加润滑脂，这样可以把润滑脂挤到摩擦面上，防止用手抹时进不到摩擦面上；
5）潮湿地区不宜选用钠基润滑脂，因其亲水性强，容易失效；
6）各机构没有注油点的转动部位，应定期用稀油壶在各转动缝隙中，以减少机件的摩擦和防止锈蚀。

    MH type posture single-girder gantry crane is small and medium-sized belt cantilever simple gantry crane, electric hoist is equipped with CD1 and MD1 type, main girder beams is the composite beam of joist steel and steel plate,the crane travel mechianism is mainly composed of motor, brake, reducer, wheel, etc, its structure is simple, convenient to installation, employment and maintenance. This machine is suited in a factory, railway freight yard, port terminals, hydropower station, etc.This machine work level for the A5 level, can be used in ground or operation room.
 1.The composition of bridge:
    Crane bridge is mainly composed of mechanical, electrical and metal structure of three parts. 
1.1 Mechanical Parts 
   By the main lifting mechanism, assistant lifting mechanism (more than 16 t only), the trolley running mechanism and the cart supporting institutions. Including: motor, coupling,transmission shaft,brake,reducer,coiling block and wheel.
1.2 Metal Structure
   Mainly composed of crane span structure(main beam,ending beam,handrail,walking board,trolley track),cab and trolley frame.
1.3 Electrical Parts
   Mainly composed of electrical equipment and electrical circuit,including bridge cran power plsnt and the control system of every organization starting,speed regulation,reversing,brake and stop.
2.Inspection and Maintenance System 
   Due to the lots of part,for the different technology features of every part,we divided the inspection and maintenance cycle into week,month and year.The detail of every cycle as follows:
1)Check whether the nut、cotter pin、positioning plate is complete and loose，the leverage and spring is complete， the pin bolt and buffer washer of brake wheel is complete and loose,the brake is reliable.When open the brake,the gap of the brake tile should less than 1.0mm and should equal to the brake distance gap of both side, every shaft pin can't be stucked. 
2) Check whether the safety protection switch and the limit switch is accurate, flexible and reliable, especially the rising limit is reliable.
3) Check whether the drum and wire rope winding on the pulley is normal, is there bat, channeling, knot and distorted, whether wire rope clamp bolt fastening,is there a double nut locking device. 
4) Check whether the bolt of lifting mechanism coupling on the sealing fastening screw loose.
5) Check whether the institution drive is normal, with or without abnormal noise. 
6) Check whether the lubrication of the lubrication parts condition are in good condition. 
7) Check is there obstacles that block bridge machine running.
